I served the sentence for my haneous crime. Good job necroing up the injustice though. I was told in vent by the raid leader (getsome) that the item was rotting (by zeelot-who later said it "may be rotting") and that it was ok to loot it. The corpse had counted down from 30 minutes to 13 seconds when I looted the item in good faith that it was OK'd to do so. Minutes later I get tells from TMO saying that I ninja looted. I told them I was told it was rottin and ok to loot, but if it wasnt the case it would be ok to have a gm come and move the item to the deserving player. Again, acting in good faith, I stayed around to get a gm to move the item. They said they had soemone enroute to loot it but didnt give a name. TMO named a character that wasn't even close to VP at the time to the GM to move the item to, so the item was just deleted instead.

In the past, if someone looted a no drop that they werent supposed to, a gm would simply move the item, except for the case where perun acted like a terrorist on a CT kill where he locked the corpse down and ninjalooted and basically spit in the face of the gm while he did it while refusing to give the item back. Prettysure he received the exact same punishment as myself.

who in TMO told you that you could loot the item? because you would need evidence that your enemy told you you could loot basically at this point. Because right now it's your word against theirs. I DO see that eccezan said AFTER the fact "If you did, it's okay but if you are lying to me i'll have a GM check" To me that's him saying "Either tell me the truth or i'll petition you."

I would need evidence that TMO told you that you could loot the item. and actually based on the encounter log the corpse had 13 seconds left.

fyi, perun didn't lock it down before ninjalooting and spit in the face of the gm refusing to give them item back lol.

He just fucking stole that shit and then deleted it like a god damn boss. He spent less than 60 seconds doing it and then sent me tells laughing.

My first comment is obviously sarcasm.

Anthrax deserved to get suspended as much as IB did for perun's ninjalooting and TMO did for "DD's blatant train".

It was a time of repeated retarded rulings, if Anthrax hadn't been such a cunt the weeks prior I doubt anyone would have ever pushed for him to get suspended. Sometimes you just got to accept the responsibility for the situation you put yourself in.
