Like any forums, a lot of the time all you get to read about is the bad stuff, people trolling, hating on SoE/Verant/Blizzard/LoL/Riot/etc.
Log into P99 and you rarely get a load of racist abuse, comments of "die of cancer" and "report Player X for being a n00b" all the time. Well, not on blue anyway...

Well that's BS - the tribunal is awarded based on points. If you hit the "punish" button where its a clear "pardon" (perfect example above), you aren't awarded any points for making the wrong decision.
Not saying that the system doesn't allow for some errors, but there's actual staff who have the final say - and usually the Tribunal is a good indicator of what should happen. Quite a number of people have 2nd/3rd accounts anyway, just because they can't handle the pressure at the top end and want to wtfpwn some n00bz.
