I saw that and that is why I posted this new thread. That thread is old and I wanted to post my own explanation of what I experienced AFTER the new Miragul patch. Now quit posting useless links as replies =p

The books were in before sky opened on live - just no one knew what they were for.

The buggy Lich of Miragul is still there by the halas ramp in everfrost. Too bad he is useless with the oracle being broken or I would have his head and robe by now.

Bumping this. There are a lot of people ready to kill Miragul, it'd be nice if this was prioritized with sky around the corner since it seems relatively simple to fix.

Confirming this. I happened to run to Halas and see him sitting in front of the ramp. He's got messed up textures too.
