But if you use encrypted p2p you can avoid bittorrent throttling, because it wont know that your using bt.

Another option is it use proxy servers, which can be a little slower...

You could try to get and use an IronKey or try connecting using a free Tor client. This might help you get around some of the blocking going on.

when I was in iraq we had really bad internet and a torrent download would not be possible. if you pm me your APO i'll see if I can get you something out in the next couple days.

Lets say I installed Trilogy. If I was able to attain a EQgame.exe file from someone wiith Titanium would the game run?

Probably not. Thousands of files probably had various changes between those two releases, besides just eqgame.exe.
