If the guy is running his own website promoting RMT, and team P99 is having rules against it yet ain't stopping the guy, i'm pretty sure that they are in on it.

I aint even mad tho, the bills hosting the server isn't free, so i wouldn't expect rogean to do this for free, the only reason this shit is still online now is probably because of the unexpcected cash cow this has become
