Miscellaneous: Guild tags should appear next to player names

The question I had from the other thread: Were guild names/character names ever horizontally aligned when using the Luclin UI? The definitive answer was "no". This died with Velious UI, not the expansion itself.

Changing this will require some magic.

After implementation, some preemptive thoughts:
- <guild name> will be in a smaller font than the character name.
- might encounter issues with max characters per line.

When you say issues with max character per line, do you mean that the plate will appear too long, or do you mean technical issues, nameplates having a maxchar ammount or something?

Magic successful as per Secrets. Possibly issues are non issues.
