As much as I think the declining pop is something that should be paid close attention to...Safon speaks truth.

This pop is NOT going to kill P99...look at other EQEmu servers with half the pop or less (after removal of boxed toons) that are still going strong with no signs of stopping. P99's pop is godly compared to them and they aren't bitching....
