This isn't a difficult concept, the quote clearly states as far as Ambrotos is concerned enforced rotations aren't happening. Not hating on anyone or here, but he seems clear. While I agree that rotations seem like the welfare of raid systems, I also wish more guilds got a shot at content and that it didn't take TMO getting suspended for that to happen. TMO is in a great position here to be what IB/TR failed to be; a great top tier guild.

tmo was very close to putting that in place, until other raid guilds decided to go back to the petition rule game.

If you ask I am sure someone will post the lengthy discussion on our forums dated prior to our suspension regarding what we were willing to do with raid targets, I am sure most of you would have been happy and some of you would have been blow away with what we had in store.
