Nomemule - evasive maneuvers

OKAY, so, I buy a cone for 1700p, try to put it in my secondary slot and i find out its primary only. Hey man, I cant use this can I get the pp back? Cones in trade for 2 minutes and then... hes LD. Anyone know who this guys main is?
