It definately DOES have a 6-8 hour spawn, but it's a rare spawn. Every 6-8 hours there's 2 possible places it can spawn, one by the hall to the necro, and one by hall to the skele shack with the wizard rod for ice comet i believe. But every 6-8 hours it may not spawn, instead, 2 ice bones will.

I killed the ice bones, and instead of porting out and coming back 8 hours later, I waited on a lark, and sure enough, the spawn time is set to like 10 minutes or something. This makes the glacier bear very easy to spawn. This directly contradicts the numerous horror stories listed on alla replies from as early as 2000.

Also, I never saw a level 45+ wandering lich. Coincidence or ??
