On live -- it only ever dropped on test server. It was removed before making it to the rest of the live servers.

On P99 -- dropped once then immediately removed with next patch.

It was later added as a shadowhaven casino reward on live servers I believe.

I think one also dropped during a GM event on another server in classic, which is probably the justification for why it dropped here.

Hell, the way 2hb seems to work on this server, wouldn't surprise me if tstaff was better...

Then I'd guess this would have to be worse (44/40 vs 42/35).

FWIW, the one time I parsed a fight with epic/epic vs tstaff vs Trorsmang, Trorsmang came out on top quite easily. Everyone had the same buffs.
