I know I've heard the sounds recycled in different games/movies before. That door sound I know I heard in the past week from some movie or game and it wasn't daggerfall.

yeah, i've heard the standard noobzone wolf growl/bark noise whenever they do their attack animation on tons of tv shows and movies before too.. i was thinking the same thing about them being from somewhere publicly accessible..

Yeah it seems like I often hear the same sounds in multiple games.
I hear the Warcraft II Dragon sound in games, and movies.

Yeah the show. I'm sure I heard it a few times during some nighttime jungle scenes. I don't have a link at the moment. brb scouring 100 hours of Lost episodes to find EQ sounds.

The old RTS total annihilation kingdoms, had the Wooded area sounds from EQ in its Jungle maps. I'm guessing the sound is a generic stock, as TAK came out before EQ did.
