I've never played a Pally before, but I suspect you could solo reasonably well in the Lake of Ill Omen, just north of the Windmill. Lot of undead, but also some live mobs. One nasty patrolling NPC to avoid. One possible piece of very nice loot.

All these options are good, but as a fellow pally I would suggest not chasing the undead. Ghoulbane is overrated.. Get a Baton of Faith (saw one today for 150, incredibly cheap) and just go where the groups are. Mistmoore is great, but I found Unrest on this server to be somewhat empty at times.

Go hunt where you think you will have the most fun, and still gain good experience.

I wouldn't try to evaluate where the fastest and most effective xp rate would occur, but simply where I would have the most adventure to savor the old days.

Lake of Ill Omen in my opinion.

On Live, I soloed unrest with a Ghoulbane from like 20-30. I'd recommend staying in dungeons for the highest ZEMs. Mistmoore, Unrest, Guk (UGuk in the 20s, LGuk starting in the 30s). Sadly I think most places might be BYOG, but Unrest is a Solo paladin's dream!

Permafrost is the highest EXP mod for any dungeon other than Kedge Keep iirc... Making it an ideal leveling place if you can get a group. The downfall is that its so out of the way that not many people go there.

Convince like 10-12 people to set up alts/mains around 20s in Perma and you are golden!

Otherwise as a paladin I'm a fan of Unrest + Ghoulbane.

Unrest is pally heaven imo, but I have had some awesome times in Upper Guk on this server. I highly recommend either.
