no, it seems that way because hit boxes are larger.

if we hard coded the servers to have teams it would be normal [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

No, they really are faster. They catch up to you very fast in a dead run, and can keep up with characters who have low levels of run speed buffs, which is pretty scary. I'm aware of the hitbox issues.

Haha I'd probably never say another word about run speed just in pure delight, and would be too busy with the giant new population on Red to care!

Damn, well done. I agree that Ranger is fun in general and even more awesome in PvP. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

yea it blows -- i mean let's make it so other classes that aren't better than any other classes be out lvld by all their buddies; demoralizing, and unnecessary. I wouldve been 8 levels higher by now! My hunting friends out lvld me, playing about the same hours ;( it really sucks

The xp penalty is because you are leveling one of the safest classes in the game to play. Sure, druids and shamans should also be considered hybrids as well, but oh well.

If you put in the time to level a SK or Paladin to 50, you get to enjoy being one of the most dominant forces in EQ PvP to ever walk the lands.

lvl 42 red Paladin here, xp penalty is warrented because face it.. we have a ton more utility then warriors.

Not a fan of shareing that penalty with the group, since it leads to group discrimination, but oh well.
