Bind wound to 210

Monks get 201 bind wound at lvl 51, prior to that it had been maxxed at 200 for my monk since about lvl 40.

It's capped by level, you'll go over a skill level of 200 at 58.

Confirmed on a warrior. Monks can hit their cap a little earlier, but I believe my experience is consistent with that of other classes than can bind past 200.
