EQ1 did not have /pizza. EQ1 had no in-game browser. Therefore if you typed /pizza, no-in game browser would take you to pizzahut.com.

EQ1 definitely had the pizza command. It would open the pizza hut page in a normal, outside of game browser. So it's really no less effort than navigating there yourself directly.
