The system in place is fine. These complaints are a result of isolated events. Raid zones (and by that the later end XP zones) are FFA.

The system in place is not fine, this was bound to happen, and there should not be a level range restriction to attacking people at all.

Yes please, dynamic range was maybe the best new idea the devs had for the server.. it was depressing to see them give in to the people crying about it.

It could make a return but it was exploitable and a huge time sink when there are more pressing issues.

You do realize that people kept Clerics OOR because CH is a Level 39 spell. So Clerics could still heal, and be immune to PvP ganks. There are two easy fixes: Cast any spell on a person in PvP, Flags you for PvP (I thought this was supposed to be implemented actually). Remove level ranges on PvP entirely. People who grief lowbies will then get their shit pushed in by other people because they are being giant douchebags. Sullon Zek was epic in this regard. To fix griefing, make it no EXP loss if they are out of the 'level range' but still keep them open to PvP. | |||
