Why would they delevel someone who benefitted from something that's not an exploit? The devs decided to remove the feature after seeing how overpowered it was, and that's fair enough. Those who got to take advantage of it were just lucky/clever. None of this will matter in a month when lots of people are nearing 50.

Upon kunark release, someone had saved up a lot of quest items and did multiple turnins to hit 52 or 53 quickly. Guess what? He was deleveled and the quest got nerfed.

That quest was giving way more xp than it should, and the benefit was far greater than getting level 30 when other people are level 20. It's a tiny advantage in the grand scheme of things.

one could argue the angle that this game is called Ever"Quest"
and maybe there was alternate routes to leveling
1-10, 20-30, 52-53 etc thru
we may have stumbled upon these routes over the years and keep nerfing them because of all the QQ they cause from the general public that belives the group/solo grind is the only way to go??
