Even tho your name shows up blue, you can still make PvP happen. Tried it when server first came out.

Blue name doesn't mean anything. You can jump into the freeport arena and leave and your name will be blue until you zone. You will still be attackable.

I would really like to see the priests of discord returned to Norrath. Since they have been removed, I have been managing to get lost on the trip from pod lift to orc lift :s

Can't the quest itself be broken on red, so he will not accept the book?
