There's quite a big difference between being perma-rooted and being entirely immune to it.

Those results from testing 74 MR look way different from what's posted by Null regarding the resist system for Red99.

I will do the whining for the OP. If all you need is 75 MR to resist every root that is bullshit. Someone with +100,000,000 MR should still get rooted every now and again. Someone with 74 MR should get rooted a little more often than that.

Yea, it's called the default 2-5% chance to land a spell. 1 out of 20 or so casts.
