I got to 60 w/o KK, personally I think it's the worst zone in the game, besides Chardok.
If I were you, I'd camp some gear so you can quad the BB dorfs and OT mobs.
Get yourself a testament of vaneer, paw of opolla, etc.
Spectres are great soon as you get some more mana, low HP and MR and you can make some decent cash.
Did you solo to 60 though?

And yes you can contact me regarding KK I can give you some tips for breaking the entry room / how to handle it down there.

Mixture... I'd solo for good XP, get bored, join a group for a bit, repeat.
Root/dotted in KC a lot, got 3 Tstaffs out of that.
Quaded the ravagers outside KC til 58 or so. Did Raptors til 60 by charming dinus. Did a little charming in perma, too.

Forgive me I can't remember levels I did anything in(just gettin back after a few months off) but your gear sounds like what i had around that level. My suggestion is to stay away from BB dorfs till a few more levels to get some more mana, they are 35 and they will consume ur mana. My general rule was 10 levels apart to quad efficiently or if you knew the mob was 34-34, always found every 5 levels is a big jump in hp(not always the case but a good rule).

So with that said I quadded guards in NK (4 guards level 30) with a nice respawn to med and repeat and some decent drops to sell. In WK I quadded barbarians at the fishing camp(also the corrupt guard to hand in the bracer he drops). Drolvargs in FV on the eastern wall. Various mobs in OT are nice as well. Also may wanna check out BloodGill Goblins in LOIO <<< Best quadding I've ever done low hp and great exp. Can ride the goblins to 51-52 when they start becoming lb. I believe a cast of Lightning Strike takes of 19-21% if im remembering right. Also if you can purchase a Luminescent Staff as well, do so....You will not regret it, I saved up for when kunark came out and I rode 46-52 in less than 2days quadding bloodgills.

Too add to more places to quad maybe down the road if it's not on those guides, Dreadlands is also a great spot, start taking on the 35 or 40 lvl dwarf guards(depending on your level) and quadding in Karnor's is great exp once you get the hang of it (and a good chance to get ES vambs).

Scrap quadding and become a real druid.

Try charming in Kedge Keep.
imo he'd be better off quadding lower level/hp mobs in OT like the cacti and those ugly little birds.

You might not do as much personal maintenance either if the name of your species was cockatrice. Anyway, glass houses and stones.

Low 40s is the golden age for druid quadding, go to OT and stay there til at least 44. Probably easiest quadding you'll ever do.

The mobs are social and flee if not near another of their type. Do quads of 4 cactus, 4 cockatrice, or 2 cactus/2 cockatrice.

Sarnak and Rhinos are faster than the others, so leave those out of your quads.

Charming is a little better, although it takes more work.

If you have to max your wis to quad before 50, you're quadding in the wrong place. Remember, specs are 36-37ish, so they're simply not low enough for you. BB Dorfs (most of them are 40 iirc) are even higher. You have to quad stuff that's barely blue or only a few levels away from light blue/greening out.

A couple people have mentioned OT - that's a good start. Do Bloodgills after you hit 42 or so - bloodgills actually have a level range one higher than specs (36-38) and have about 400-500 less hp. You'll do bloodgills straight to 51, and its the best exp you'll find (quadding).

You can also do Dreadlands mobs on the KC side of the icy tunnel - mainly the yetis and other misc blues (which is convenient, since it's near a port location).

I've had an enormous amount of success quadding pirates in Firiona Vie in my mid 30s. The zone also has a great variety of drolvargs to go for if the pirates are too low or too high for you, though getting four of the same kind of drolvarg is tough because there are three different kinds (savages, growlers, snarlers) that patrol the same area and are of different level ranges, but have social aggro with each other.
