I like that kickstun won't be in, tbh. The min/maxers that prefer to be the absolute best should have their choices greatly limited. Kinda funny when you see the hardcore pvp guilds, and their melees are all trolls/ogres :P

Besides, with kickstun, what would the point of the racial exp penalty be?

frontal stun immunity

enhanced regeneration

slam does more damage than kick past 150 skill

much higher overall melee oriented stats

on the other hand, can you think of anything at all to justify the halfling bonus? or to justify the hybrid penalties?

No, I cannot! The halfling bonus was mistakenly given to halflings, was supposed to be humans.

Imo give halfling bonus to humans as should have been done in classic to start, take hybrid penalty away, give druids, shaman, necros, mages and wizards 40% penalty and.. maybe give rangers slight exp bonus, like rogues.

EDIT: Bards should keep 40% penalty, and maybe add enchanter to penalty list.

But the race penalties do make sense imo.
