In a sense I'm being denied my fundamental rights, I haven't received straight forward nor truthful answers from the staff nor have I received any sort of acknowledgment nor access to the material in question... Where's my right brew?

To be informed of the organization's mission, of the way the organization intends to use donated resources, and of its capacity to use donations effectively for their intended purposes. II. To be informed of the identity of those serving on the organization's governing board, and to expect the board to exercise prudent judgment in its stewardship responsibilities. III. To have access to the organization's most recent financial statements. IV. To be assured their gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were given. V. To receive appropriate acknowledgement and recognition. VI. To be assured that information about their donation is handled with respect and with confidentiality to the extent provided by law. VII. To expect that all relationships with individuals representing organizations of interest to the donor will be professional in nature. VIII. To be informed whether those seeking donations are volunteers, employees of the organization or hired solicitors. IX. To have the opportunity for their names to be deleted from mailing lists that an organization may intend to share. X. To feel free to ask questions when making a donation and to receive prompt, truthful and forthright answers | ||

Seems like Abacab got trolled. I bet they knew all along they weren't gonna let you play on R99 and just laughed it up when you were posting all those SS's of you donating. I feel you pain and it's kinda fucked up, but you have to admit it's kinda funny (well it is if you're not the one getting fucked).

The decisions to link accounts and their disciplinary had nothing to do with Abacab. I'm sure if you had contacted me on IRC directly and said hey Rog, I noticed you linked the accounts and I'm banned and can't use the abacab name, is there anything you can do.. was looking forward to the server and was planning on not training the ever living shit out of anything that moves and even donated towards that end.. I would have been sure Cab, I'll rename your char on live so that it can be created again on PvP.
