NFP as primary and Nek/GFAY as secondary was pretty much the norm. No need to poll really, imho.

why not? some may want to have lowbie traders (was classic)

If you need to grief a level 1, ask him for skin like wood first

Yeah, this will really ruin the bank ganking aspect of a PvP server. Everyone will just have level 1 bank alts.
