Rangers and monks both make sense as pullers, I think monks are generally the best option in most dungeons provided they know what they are doing, but rangers have alot of utility with snares and roots. I am a rogue and I pull sometimes. I will agree with shaere zone knowledge is likely the most important factor in pulling well. I feel comfortable pulling every camp in seb save juggs( b/c I cant outrun them with strafe for some reason) simply because I know all the spawn, I know aggro ranges, pathing, etc.

Bards all the way, unless you're doing Juggs or King or some really high level camp, a Bard with a singing steel helm is the best puller you can get.

edit: also doesn't prevent them from playing manasong!

Ranger first if they can, then bard, then monk, then tank. Although with sneak pulling enabled I would imagine a good rogue could do it to in the right situation, I wish it had been put in sooner for me to play with more. just my 2 cents

Really no reason for a monk to be pulling unless fd splitting is necessary. And thats only the first pulls. As a warrior I was always pulling in sebilis. At the time it was really sort of considered part of tanking duty. Pulled so much there that I could still know my way around it after more than 7 years of not seeing it. As someone said before, the person that knows the zone best and doesn't need to med should be pulling.
I second this, there is also a lot of value in having the warrior pull if it's multiples for initial aggro reasons. Rogues are good pullers also with sneak/hide. Bards are probably my favorite pullers, they have it all.

This is sorta the reason why I was bringing this up.

I have had multiple groups where I was puliing and tanking where casters would afk through multiple encounters (and not just one that I could boot sometimes half the group would afk through a fight).

Specifically NEC's and MAG's and sometimes DRU's if we had a CLR main healing.

Really obvious seeing the pet just standing there doing nothing throught a whole encounter lol

When I am on my nec and the group doesn't have a dedicated puller, I offer to pull.
Don't lump all casters as lazy afk'ers just cause there are a lot out there.

Paladins can also pull well with the help of lull/pacify. Like someone else said above, almost anyone can pull depending on how well they know the zone.
