From my experience on Monks it seems to make a big difference past level 45 for some reason?? Before that no big deal. Mostly based on weight tests. Seems you can be a pig as a Monk below 45 on here, after 45 it is a BIG penalty to be overweight with the damage you take.
It might just be mobs you fight at level 45 and above are just a LOT harder. I don't know for sure. | ||

I have no idea why I didn't think to dump the Magelo forums from Wayback. I'll set that to go overnight and maybe it'll be there.
On that note, I just bought an itx mini pc with a Ryzen 7 4800u to host the eqarchives index. Should be up mid June. | ||

This issue has already been addressed before. I believe the developers said that they know the AC is coded incorrectly but since the rest of the Mobs and player damage have already been adjusted to try emulate classic better they were not willing to change the the AC system on P99.
