This has worked for me. Follow the instructions on the download page. You will have to edit eqgame.txt I believe it is. Dont forget to save.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Glad it's not just me. I use the same account but on a desktop and a laptop when I want to hang out in bed and play, and I thought maybe I got dinged for multiboxing or something.
