Where are all the cultural smithing/armor?

Cultural armor is different from the newbie armor quests.

You won't ever see the newbie class armor on this server.

Fine plate dye is classic. Prysmatic dye shit that dyes everything came out with Legacy of Ykesha. So you are wrong twice.
