You need to be a member of TR. See, their guild leader, Xzerion, is a developer. Along with faster petitions and loot for mobs you didn't kill, you will also enjoy his game changes (icy terror pathing change to screw DA out of Vox).

you are supposed to use the forums and post under the petition thread
