If both guilds wouldn't simultaneously engage in situations where FTE was clearly established there wouldn't be situations of 80-100 people sitting on Trakanon's spawn point waiting to petition GMs.

A week or two ago Talendor was clearly engaged by Mythoxxus, a TMO member, as people were running in to Skyfire and buffing up like madmen. It was announced in shout that agro was TMOs to the other guilds present and a secondary puller engaged it to ensure we didn't lose it. When Talendor was brought in front of the main tank it kept running because someone from TR had malleted the dragon and ran further west towards their camp. The dragon was brought back over to us where Perun had apparently told TR to gun for it. TR then proceeded to engage with us and the dragon was looted by TR. The loot was petitioned and handed to TMO due to FTE claim.

Trakanon is the way it is because it has escalated into shoot first petition later. We've been happy with FTE.
