@OP you must clear the camp to claim it. while it is a dick move to move in on a camp that someone else is sitting at medding or recovering from wipe (with mobs up): its not against PnP

i wouldnt do it, but many others here would.

also - if you do that, youre a dick. just because its not against the rules doesnt mean youre not a dickhead. you can go around real life giving people the finger for no reason, and not get arrested for it - but youre still a massive douche for doing so.
