Most likely its the eqhost.txt which is one of the files in the patches.

So everytime you patch it will undo middlemand

Yeah that's what happened after updating the last patch. Now I'll remember to restore it after patching.

I mean why don't they just fix this crap instead of forcing us to find a workaround sigh
I assume the error goes away eventually?

Usually it resolves itself within an hour or two

I just add middlemand loading in the Launch titanium.bat so its a permanent solution with no extra steps when logging in
