Issue has been resolved.

I could have sworn I added patchme to the end of the Target but when I checked again, it was not there. I added it - make the Target look like this: F:\EQLite\eqgame.exe patchme - and it works.

Change your target to

"C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest\eqgame.exe" patchme

it'll work.

No idea why I had to dig in the wayback machine to find this answer lol
