Emulated EQ servers continue to be more appealing than a "coming soon" game. While a lot of people might try Pantheon I'm not sure if they're going to have enough content to sustain any interest...maybe everyone will continue to be super patient (we like waiting, right?)

it's usually modders/emu scene doing actual innovation on like gameplay n shit.

only thing the industry has actually done in the last 20 years was "hey, let's put a 100gigs of art assets in this shit and have a female write the lore instead"

Maybe the solution to green/blue is cross server lfg instanced speed runs with players that never type a single word or ever see each other again...
