Save some time and kill the bandits in the caves in loio. I wasted forever upping SK faction via chips before realizing it didn't do necros and the bandits do both I think. Only needed to kill ~ 4k of them lol.

Bandits do Necro (Brood of Kotiz) and Warriors (Legion of Cabilis)
