I'd stick to library til its truly greened out.

Same approach really to church. There is a safe-ish spot, forget exactly where but you'll find it.

Save Xalgoz attempts for when you're truly done XPing there, he's a lot tougher than the trash.

Once you have your HS key part you're close to the promise land!
