If you want a pvp server why don't you test some pvp on p99 right now? Oh that's right, you all want to roll mages and exploit broken mechanics as much as possible.

Get some people to turn in the discord book? You realize red99 would basically be a copy of p99 but with pvp enabled, so the best place to start when testing would be on p99. Unsurprisingly though people like Jaydee just want everything done for them and don't want to apply effort by testing.
