Shawl is good for certain classes. Paladin and SK come to mind. Your Flowing Thought I item choices are limited to very expensive raid loot. Having Narandi Crown + Shawl is nice, and will probably take less time than trying to get a CT Brain/Eye or the FT shield from ToV, which you can't even use with a 2hander.

I recall spending ages camping that shroom in Guk for the Paw of Opolla, never did get that stupid ring.

That was a horrific camp for a 40 druid to hold.

Probably the Spirit Wracked Cord Quest however I did not complete it and quit once I realized that it requires like 120 hours of farming and can take months of winning random rolls
