I have spdats from that entire era in my archive, you could check the spreadsheet to see if any slots changed in 2000/2001 to cause that stacking issue and when.

I tried but was unable locate those through the filename extension, searching for spdat.eff or the song names directly, though perhaps I'm going about it entirely wrong? Allakhazam via WaybackMachine only goes back as far as 2002-2003 for the songs/spells in question.
