this is how onlyfans is such a monster success, it links the porn creator directly to the porn consumer, they don't have to deal with all the bullshit in the porn industry, or the moral police payment processors.
we've all seen the inundation of "step-incest" in the mainstream porn market, the only reason they don't roleplay regular incest is because visa, mastercard and AMEX won't process payments for studios who do things that can be considered, "illegal" same shit happened to porn hub. and this is all because they are public companies with puritanical shareholders.
platforms like onlyfans get around this by simply flying under the radar, they can't police their hundreds of thousands of creators and nobody is gonna say no to the hundreds of millions in revenue, so they look the other way.
