I gotta give credit to the Luclin Models though. Atleast, they actually made the Iksar slightly less ugly. They still have the scaley skin, but they made them beefy looking and their feet were actually proportional to the rest of their bodies. Not sure about the Luclin animations, I assume they were better. They kinda look like Professional bodybuilders they have a severe skin disease, so still not pretty, but not as ugly as the Kunark iksar.

They lost their swimming finesse in their Luclin form, very sad to watch.

every girl I've seen play loves gnomes 1st, and ugly races 2nd. I think they consider the races like troll to be 'ugly-cute', aka they have good taste and don't dismiss 'ugly' things outright if they also have some redeemable qualities

also a girl I introduced to the game was drawn to IKSARS above all the other races at a glance, and didn't even use facepaint on her first toon, just saying there are all sorts of people out there. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I kinda agree with OP.

Animations and fashion suck.

The SK gear is probably an exception.

My Necro is Iksar because robe and no melee animation.

Regen is god-tier for Necros though.

Their city (well 2nd city?) is pretty sweet - but they have a lot to learn about waste management. Freeport has a questionable "pile"; whereas Cabilis is a sewer.
