At what point would Ragebringer move to offhand

Oh does the Ragebringer buff give ATK too? Didn't know that. That would be even more work to swap between hands. I'd be curious to know at what point a better ratio weapon would simply out perform the 40 ATK.

Takes very high to replace attack, for instance ranger would need like claw of lightning, neither doze or Kriezen flame parsed better for me . Attack too good.
