I promise you that's far less efficient. I easily go most of my levels without resists. I don't think I had a single snare resist from 49-51 here (i was hunting stuff that was barely blue). On live, I rarely had snare resists at all (although more than I do here) when doing cobalt scar wyverns from 51-54ish.

Works fine. I can quad on my Wiz who is just 24 with a SoW. The principal is the same, get 4 mobs (which you can move faster than) and move in patterns to bunch them up. Usually thats just a few circles.

I quadded on live with my Wizard with AoE snare well through PoP content. AoE snare isn't always necessary but it makes things a hell of a lot simpler. Sometimes you see resists and just recast it and wrap them up again if you have to.

Protip - do Mammoths in EF to 31 - you'll thank me later [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] My leveling really broke loose once I started doing that at 26 (using pillar of lightning). You have to be careful to run immediately after the spell lands or just beforehand though to make sure you don't get smacked.

But i leveled like a madman up to 31 thanks to how EF usually isn't hunted...

Thanks for the tip, I will check it out. On live I think I quadded gnolls in SK around this lvl, but they were often camped.

Yeah, they're very frequently camped, and there are about 8-9 mammoth spawns scattered between the area near the river and the Perma entrance on 6-min timers. Usually all you need is one group of 4 (since 6 min is about what you'll need to med back to full). There are three static spawns right next to the perma entrance and 2-3 pathers that cross the same area, so you shouldn't be in want of mobs to pull.

SK gnolls are a bit higher than you - Mammoths are like 23-24 iirc, SK gnolls are more like 26-28. Mammoths have less hp and will be a better quad target as long as they're blue. SK gnolls will take you to 34-35ish if you really want to do them, though...I just always found way better places to go that weren't camped.

Another great place which I did 31-34 was Giant skels in rathe mts. You can med/buy/sell/bind at the gypsy camp. From 34-42, I turfed my qeynos faction and quadded NK Qeynos guards (i pulled the two on the SK bridge, ran them perpendicular to the bridge for a moment, then ran directly to the tower near the gypsy camp and pulled those). It was too consistent/easy/great exp to do anything else.

I tried specs a few times from 39-42, but they just weren't as consistent - more resists, more hp, etc...Amazing cash, yes - but not as good in terms of exp.

42-51 you can do bloodgills in LoIO. No other place is better. Bloodgills have like 500-600 hp less than specs. I discovered bloodgills at 45, and loved it. From 42-45 I quadded misc blue mobs near the yeti tunnel in the dreadlands.
