Rant: Why create bad game design on purpose?

It's like a child being born and receiving 0% sunlight and a child born the previous year receiving 100% sunlight. Even though the design can be easily changed with a few sensible mouse clicks so all children get 100% sunlight whenever they're born you think that some babies with certain birth dates deserve to be blind forever even though they don't need to be. Babies that could grow up to be your friend and help you. Babies that will keep the server alive which you love to play on.

It shows a lack of insight and hindsight on your behalf + it's discrimination against new players.

As soon as you log into P99 it says no RMT or you will be banned. Why does that rule exist if life is not meant to be fair?

Of course life is meant to be fair so why are new players discriminated against?

Why do new players lack certain tools other players have?

It seems strange to warn against RMT and cheating and to create a play nice policy then to blatantly discriminate against new players. It also seems strange to say life is not meant to be fair when the client says play fair every time you log in.

Let us examine this wonderful and rare "feel good" moment of yours which you cherish so fondly.

- Your feel good moment is created by discriminating against new players and you were once a new player too so you're essentially discriminating against yourself to feel good about yourself (duh)
- Your feel good moment didn't take any extra IQ, skill or effort to acquire (anybody with half a brain can do it (even ogres and trolls can do it))
- Your feel good moment is the result of bad design so it's like getting a feel good moment from watching children die in a fatal car crash or watching kittens being run over.
- Your feel good moment only exists in a tiny server in a tiny corner of the universe (very few people value it because it's not very special)
- Your feel good moment doesn't exist in real life so you can't take it everywhere with you (unlike a young beautiful sexy women which you can)
- Your feel good moment can be instantly taken away from you without your consent with just a few mouse clicks or the server crashing/quitting (bye bye fake rare you)
- You can't share this feel good moment of yours with others so you can't give back which means you're just a taker and people hate takers (that's why they hate politicians).
- Your feel good moment is a small weak pecker on viagra so it's like a pair of cheap fake boobs.
- Your feel good moment isn't at all rare because others have it too (Do you wish you could take it away from them too so that you're the only one with it?)
- Your feel good moment relies on stopping others from having fun too (spiteful)
- You didn't create the feel good moment yourself somebody else did that for you while you watched so you got something for doing nothing and yet you still want it all to yourself which means you suck.
- If you need something like that to make you feel good about yourself then it means you are very simple minded (low IQ) and very insecure about yourself.
- Your feel good moment is purely cosmetic so you're still the same old boring you living the same old boring life.
- Your feel good moment gets boring very quickly so it has low value.
- Your feel good moment takes up a valueable inv slot which is a high price to pay to pretend your good looking and smart when everybody knows you're really ugly and stupid as hell
- When you show off your feel good moment to somebody they might decide to return the favour by showing you a much greater feel good moment which they have and you don't (bye bye fake special rare you again) or they could just put you on ignore because you obviously suck (bye bye potential ally)

And how is discriminating against new players for being new playing nice?

How is a non-existent item rare?
How can something which doesn't exist be anything when it doesn't exist?
How does allowing some players to have non-existent items create value in an MMO?
