I disagree bardp99. Modern wow takes some competency and skill at the end game to really get into. It's not as creative, free-form or social as it used to be.
Maybe they will at least make a pandaria, wotlk worthy experience with this next expac. Cataclysm was OK. It was also the beginning of the end. BFA was a big improvement. Legion was just cool. It's possible they can do slightly better than BFA with dragonflight. From there they could definitely see another WotlK level expansion. | ||

After watching the livestream and deep dive it could be good. It's nice to see younger ppl at the helm.
Ions super defensive of his own vision and it's obvious he cares about wow and it was his dream job. He probably needs to launch own game though. Expansion could be as good as legion. Will maybe be as good as BFA. Doubt they can do worse than shadowlands. If they make an expac as good as wotlk ill be impressed. There's a lot of legacy content and raids I'd like to see doable at max level. Going forward and that is something wow has an abundance of... already good content! | ||
