My sister is part of a big 60+ ish year old now conglomerate of NPO that do that sorta thing. They have expensive offices.

Honestly if I would do what she does (it's not bad) and dies some good... I would Honestly just file as a for profit tho and pay myself a decent yet modest wage for doing good works.
