current proc mod for ts?
whats the current procrate on tstaff + 2.0 ppm? couldnt find it in any database or the eqemu source database. 1 proc per 2 fights is abysmal we need some good infos ASAP

all i know is what was changed and implemented during the patch was wrong and inaccurate for the scale of where p99 is and needs to be changed back or altered to the correct state. I love the devs for their hard work and time... however this change resulting in a break was a waste of that time.
