Bullshit. It's a rogue-only race. There is no justifiable reason for one rogue to be collecting the book for another rogue. People are either collecting them to sell MQ's (which I've already seen from ST members), or they're "helping" guildmates that are not of sufficient level to get in to Hate... and, thus, too low-level to wield the epic.

TL;DR: people are being greedy douchebags.

Maybe not to MQ for straight up profit, but I'm sure there's guild-based incentives in place to encourage the racers to do it for others.

Problem is the "professional" racers are just logging into other people's characters and racing for them.
