So basically we have created a 1-1 rotation in tov between riot and vanquish if they want to exploit it by not getting 2 in a row. The only time it would really make a difference is when doze / vulak come into play lol

Honestly gear in EQ is mostly pointless - every caster class can level to 60 naked if needed. It's all part of the grand illusion and showboating. I guess the tanker classes profit from gear more, but I would bet good money a warrior in full Banded armor could tank AoW given a proper raid force.

Levels and buffs are so much more powerful than gear that it trivializes gear mostly - keep chasing that magic dragon knuckle heads
