Whats sad is that each guild has people within it that arn't current officers or in leadership positions that can do very well if put into that position. But since the current leadership of each guild is greedy and wont let go of power for the good of the guild they are doomed to repeat failure after failure.

It doesn't matter how many times you remove the guild better than you, you are always going to suck more.
